  • Guided cooking: Stoves learn to “smell” and prevent burning or boiling over. Operating errors are automatically detected and prevented—particularly helpful for older people or those with cognitive impairments.
  • Operation: Voice control enables intuitive operation of household appliances, e.g., for selecting programs or opening doors.
  • Object recognition: Coffee machines recognize the size of the cup and automatically adjust the fill quantity.

  • Person recognition: Showers with AI-based grid infrared person recognition detect the number of people and their body temperature. If someone falls, an emergency signal is automatically sent. If there are several people in the shower, for example in a care situation, the water supply is stopped.
  • Object monitoring: In public restrooms, presence detection using lidar and radar ensures greater hygiene and saves water and energy.
  • Sustainability: Toilet flushes intelligently adjust the amount of water used to save resources.
  • Energy efficiency: Heating systems regulate the water temperature more efficiently using AI-supported sensor technology.
  • Leak detection: Pipes with embedded AI sensor technology detect and locate leaks at an early stage to prevent damage.
