AITAD GmbH develops and tests AI electronic systems in conjunction with machine learning in automotive and industrial contexts. This includes the implementation of embedded AI systems for the predictive maintenance of combustion engine and electric vehicle powertrains.

Objective:

AITAD’s mission is to support Western society and economy with AI technology and thus help them to achieve a strong position in global competition.
Reduce the hurdles to adopting AI-based solutions as a full-stack provider.

Areas of work:

  • Embedded AI: intelligent sensor technology with purely local and self-sufficient on-site AI that evaluates, classifies and predicts very large, in-depth data volumes for the purpose of user interaction, predictive maintenance and functional innovations.
  • Embedded engineering: complete development processes from data acquisition to series maturity for the automotive industry, household appliances and mechanical engineering. Software and hardware.
  • Data Science: Development of data acquisition concepts, development of databases and evaluation and pre-processing of data for machine learning models on our own training servers.
  • EMS: automated small-batch production of printed circuit boards including series testing. AIs are developed overnight and printed circuit boards can be produced in just a few hours.
  • Precompliance and laboratory: performance of pre-tests (e.g. EMC) and lifetime tests with our own simulation and test systems.
